Professional Engineering Services for Construction Management/ Construction Inspection Services for Intersection Improvements. The intent of this Request for Proposals and resulting contract is to obtain on-call construction management and construction inspection (CM/CI) services for the construction of a round-about at the intersection Erial Road, Sicklerville Road and Cedarbrook Road, Township of Winslow, Camden County. The terms of the contract agreement shall be for the length of the construction project and close out. Per the construction Specification Section 108.10, the construction project is to be substantially complete in three hundred thirty-five (335) calendar days and reach final construction completion in three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days. The construction management/construction inspection firm will have an additional sixty (60) calendar days for close-out of this federal project, or a total duration of four hundred twenty-five (425) calendar days.
