Reference Number - 0000273164 The Work of this Contract, consists of the supply of all labour, equipment, and materials to replace existing roofing on the building with new and restore degraded masonry, doors, and windows at Spadina Gash House Entrance at 85 Spadina Road, Toronto, Ontario. The Work of this Contract, designated A3-8-Spadina Station Entrance at Gash House Roofing and Building Enclosure Rehabilitation, consists of the supply of all labour, equipment, and materials to replace the existing roof of the Building with new roof and restore degraded masonry, doors, and windows. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Provide construction hoarding as indicated on Contract Drawings and protection to prevent debris from falling. Pedestrian traffic shall be safely maintained at all times and must be separate from the construction areas. Conduct overall pre- and post-construction survey capturing the before and after conditions of this Contract. Capture and document any defects on the neighbouring structures and properties. Provide the results of pre- and post-condition surveys to TTC at no additional cost to TTC. Restore the neighbouring properties used or damaged during the construction to their original conditions at no additional cost to TTC. Power wash and video record roof drainage system before and after construction to verify drainage system condition and determine if any remediation is required. Remove and dispose existing sloped and flat roofing, including metal flashing, eavestroughing, downspouts, and old appurtenances as indicated on Contract Drawings. Replace roof sheathing under sloped roof as directed by TTC. Remove and replace structural wood board decking under flat roof area as directed by TTC. Provide mould abatement as directed by the TTC. Provide new sloped and flat roofing, including metal flashing, eavestroughing. downspouts, and new appurtenances as indicated on Contract Drawings. Provide new concrete splash pad at downspout.
