Reference Number 0000273226 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/07/08 03:00:00 PM EDT The GTAA requires a Contractor to carry out painting of interior and exterior surfaces on GTAA owned buildings and structures. Work includes but is not limited to drywall, doors (metal), ceiling, walls, floors, fixtures, etc. The Contractor agrees to furnish all equipment, scaffolds, ladders, PPE, canvas, clothes, etc., necessary for the completion of this work. The duration of this agreement is for three (3) years commencing October 1, 2024 The Contractor guarantees to completely finish all painting and staining to a high- quality standard under the direction and to the satisfaction of GTAA Representative and according to the requirements of the plans and specifications below. References CAN/CGSB 85.10 (or most updated version), Protective Coatings for Materials. CAN.CGSB 85.100 (or most updated version), Painting. Master Painters' institute (MPI), Painting Specification Manual SSPC Steel Structures Painting Council, standards. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
