The college is seeking to renovate suite C3-16 server room into a network lab classroom. The interior renovation consists of removal of existing elevated flooring to allow for barrier-free access into a new classroom space, and installing new elevated flooring for the part of the suite that will function as a server room to keep the existing mechanical equipment to function. The C3-16 suite was originally a classroom, converted to a server room. The objective of this project is to convert C3-16 into a teaching lab classroom. Part of the classroom will be dedicated as a network server lab. The interior renovation consists of removal of existing elevated flooring to allow for barrier-free access into a new classroom space, and installing new elevated flooring for the part of the suite that will function as a server room to keep the existing mechanical equipment to function. Elevated flooring will continue to function as plenum flooring to deliver air supply to the servers in the service room. Mechanical work includes reconfiguring the existing mechanical units and reworking the existing drain pipe.
