Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Pocatello, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Description of base bid: Removal and replacement of the existing deteriorated stairs located on the north side of the performing arts center including the large staircases and shorter plaza stairs for approximately 1,244 sf of concrete stairs and approximately 4,709 sf of concrete surfacing. Includes new storm drains and railing repair. Description of bid alternate: Removal and replacement of approximately 283 sf of the ADA ramp and landing located at the ne corner of the lower plaza. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
