Reference Number cb-656-82330046 This Parks Canada Standing Offer Agreement is required for traffic control services in five (5) work locations throughout the mountain parks region as detailed within. Both Non-Urgent services - planned work with a response required with 24 hours’ notice - and Urgent services - response required within 2 hours - will be required in each of the five (5) regions. Work Locations Region 1: East Gate Banff National Park to the BC/Alberta boarder on the Trans-Canada Highway, to Highway 93S Alberta/ British Columbia Border, to Highway 93N north boundary of Banff National Park. Including secondary roads within this catchment area. Region 2: BC/Alberta border to the west gate of Yoho National Park on the Trans-Canada Highway. Including secondary roads within this catchment area. Region 3: Jasper National Park Region 4: Kootenay National Park Region 5: Mount Revelstoke National Park and Glacier National Park. In Glacier National Park from November 1st ending March 31st of each year this area to also include the east gate of Glacier National Park to the highway entrance to the Quartz Creek Pit. Including secondary roads within this catchment area. The period of a resulting Standing Offer will be from date of Offer to March 31, 2025 inclusive, with three (3) options to extend the Offer(s) by an additional one (1) year period. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
