Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in La Porte, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
Proposed drainage improvements will consist of replacing the existing water line system, roadways, sidewalks, and driveways, as well as improving the storm drainage system and outfall. The deadline for asking questions will be August 2, 2024 by 5:00 PM A Bid Bond, payable to City of La Porte in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid price submitted. The successful Bidder must furnish PERFORMANCE and PAYMENT BONDS on the forms furnished with the BIDDING DOCUMENTS, in the amount of 100% of the total Contract price. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any and all technicalities and to accept any bid or part thereof, which in the opinion of the city council, is most advantageous to the city.
