Site work for a transportation facility in BWI Airport, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.

This Contract is for the construction of pavement improvements for the BWI Marc Station bus loop B. The work involves: removal, repair and replacement of concrete pavement, the installation of concrete speed humps and the repair of an existing inlet and culvert outfall. C. This Contract also include additional construction services for the BWI MARC Station Doors CRS project. D. The work involves: installation of an already procured Draft Air Curtain at the North entrance and installation of a total of ten (10) automatic door openers to existing station vestibule and entry doors. The Contractor is to retrieve and install the MTA owned Air Curtain from a local MTA storage facility. The automatic door operators must be wired and coordinated with the Station Access Control and Systems Operation per documents. Project Cost Class C - $500,000 to $1,000,000 DBE Participation (%) 18.0 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Pursuant to General Provisions Articles GP-8.02 and GP-8.03, commence work on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and complete the specified portions of the work within 140 calendar days.
