The Regional County Municipality of La Côte-de-Beaupré is requesting bids for the collection and transportation of recyclable materials on its territory including the municipalities of Boischatel, L'Ange-Gardien, Château-Richer, Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré , Beaupré, Saint-Joachim, Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges and Saint-Tite-des-Caps . The MRC of La Côte-de-Beaupré does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, and it declines all responsibility towards any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all the bids. The contract is awarded on the decision of the council of mayors, at its sole discretion, and the MRC cannot be bound in any way except by a resolution of its council.
