Financial guarantees and other requirements are set out in the tender documents, and it is the responsibility of bidders to comply with them. Only persons, companies or corporations having their principal place of business in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement applicable to this contract are authorized to bid. This contract is subject to the Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The City of Saint-Raymond assumes no responsibility for any written notices or documents transmitted via the electronic tendering system (SEAO) that are incomplete or contain any errors or omissions whatsoever. Consequently, all bidders must ensure that they obtain all documents related to the call for tenders before submitting a bid. The Ville de Saint-Raymond undertakes to accept neither the lowest nor any of the bids received and incurs no liability with respect to the bidder or bidders.
