Todd Creek Reach Riparian Restoration Project Whatcom Conservation District is seeking the services of a qualified restoration contractor to complete a riparian restoration project on 22.4 acres of land owned by the Whatcom Land Trust near Van Zandt, Washington. Whatcom Conservation District Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals and to Waive Any Irregularities. The proposal shall include the respondent's method of how they propose to provide the restoration services as prescribed in Attachment A (Specifications and Planting Plan). The proposal shall address the applicable conditions listed below: o License. Qualified contractor must have a Master Business License in Washington State. o Insurance. Qualified contractor must be bonded and insured. o Prevailing Wage. Qualified contractor must comply with the information provided and all information available from the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. o Performance Bond. Qualified contractor must post a performance bond for the full amount of the riparian planting (not including follow up establishment maintenance) prior to beginning work. o Contractor shall comply with all local, county, and state laws and regulations including the Whatcom County Critical Areas Ordinance.
