Renovation of a municipal facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified mechanical contractor to complete the boiler upgrades (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for the Provincial Judges Court, 373 Broadway, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Work to include the demolition of existing hydronic systems, installation of revisions to hydronic systems, and installation of hydronic equipment as per the specifications and drawings. The Contractor shall achieve Total Performance by December 20, 2024. Question Deadline 07/12/2024 Each Bid must be accompanied by an electronic, digitally verifiable Bid Bond written on Manitoba's standard bid bond form (Form D7) or on a form satisfactory to Manitoba. The amount of the Bid Bond shall be ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Total Bid Price, expressed as a percentage. A performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to Form D8, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Total Bid Price as per Form D3: Form of Offer. Manitoba, in its entire discretion, may reject or accept a Bid. Manitoba is under no obligation whatsoever to accept any Bid or to select the Bid offering the lowest price for the Work.
