Reference Number 0000273520 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/07/18 12:00:00 AM CDT Manitoba Hydro is seeking suppliers for the following services: (a) Bearing Rebabbitting. rebabbitting services include but are not limited to the following: (a) Remove all existing babbitt from the inner surface of the shell or pad. (b) Clean the shell in preparation for tinning. (c) Document the condition of the shell. (d) Apply new tin and Babbitt. (e) Machine as per the drawings listed in the Purchaser's Drawings including all details and features such as grooves, holes, etc. in the surface of the Babbitt. (f) Provide and arrange inspections for a certified third party to inspect the bearing and confirm that the criteria for babbitt bond and surface porosity are met. (g) Provide quality assurance documentation. (h) Package the bearing as per the requirements outlined in the Technical Requirements. Term: 2024/09/01 01:00:00 AM EDT - 2029/08/31 01:00:00 AM EDT Manitoba Hydro reserves the right, and the Proponent acknowledges that Manitoba Hydro has the right, to reject any, or all, Proposals, or to select, negotiate or accept any Proposal which Manitoba Hydro in its sole unfettered discretion deems advantageous to itself with no resulting liability to any Proponent.
