Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Waterford, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of August 23, 2024 Project has not been awarded. Anticipated award date is on August 26, 2024** Reference Number 0000356278 The removal and replacement of a pedestrian bridge on the south side of M-59 over the Clinton River. The adjoining sidewalks will also be removed, re-graded and replaced to the East and West of the river crossing. Question Deadline 07/26/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No TIME OF COMPLETION If awarded the Contract for the M59 CLINTON RIVER PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE REHABILITATION Project, we agree to have all work substantially completed by March 14 th , 2025. Substantial Completion is defined that the facility is ready to use for its intended purpose with all utility systems fully functional. The Bidder hereby agrees to furnish the required Bonds, Insurance Certificates, and Policies within ten (10) days after acceptance of this Proposal. Final Completion with all clean-up and punch-list items shall be complete by May 23 rd , 2025 Submit inquiries by email to the attention of: Nancy Kolinski, P.E. Hubbell, Roth and Clark Inc. nkolinski@hrcengr.com Addendums issued to bidders prior to date of receipt of proposals shall become a part of the Specifications, and all proposals shall include the work described in the addendums. Questions due in writing by 11:00 a.m. on July 26 th , 2024. No inquiry thereafter will be given consideration Each bid proposal shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, executed by the bidder and Surety Company, payable to the Charter Township of Waterford in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the accompanying bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance, Labor and Material, and Maintenance and Guarantee Bonds. No bid may be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least sixty (60) days. The Township reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding.
