The project consists of the following specifications: Removals o Removal bumper posts by RCOC. o Disconnect gas and electric to units; remove BARD units from wall, salvage and turn over to RCOC. New Work o New AAON HVAC unit on ground mounted curb. o Construct concrete pad for unit; use stone base that is existing - sawcut asphalt and remove to RCOC stockpile, per drawings. o Ductwork (modifications and installation) o New 50 Amp breaker; misc. T-stat control installation, per drawings. o Extend existing gas line to unit, connection/fittings.
