INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT/UPGRADE OF HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIRCONDITIONING (HVAC) at the following locations: Swift Middle School in Watertown, CT. The Business Manager reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to waive any informalities; or to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the Watertown Board of Education in the town of Watertown. Questions regarding this bid should be directed to Luigi Velardi, Director of Facilities at 203-945-4800. All requests for information will be answered in writing as specified below under Addenda. Addenda / Requests for Information (RFI): Addenda concerning important information and/or modifications to specifications will be posted on the Watertown Public Schools RFP website at https://www.watertownps.org/o/watertown-public-schools/page/request-for-proposal-rfp It is each Proposer's sole responsibility to monitor the above website for all updated information. Addenda will not be mailed, e-mailed or faxed out. Verbal requests for information via phone or other means will not be accepted. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the bidder waiving the right to dispute bid specifications and conditions, no exceptions.
