SCOPE OF WORK The Work will be set forth in the Detailed Scope of Work for individual Job Orders. The Contractor is required to complete each Detailed Scope of Work for the Job Order Price within the Job Order Completion Time. The Contractor will be required to perform Work at any site or facility under the jurisdiction of the Owner. Questions Deadline: 7/17/2024 01:00 PM (CT) Proposal Awarded (Anticipated) August 2024 Awards Posted (Anticipated) September 2024 Vendor Questions Due July 17, 2024 @ 1:00 p.m. Answers Posted by July 19, 2024 @ 5:00 p.m If the successful Offeror fails to deliver or defaults on this contract within the time specified in the contract, the Offeror shall pay (or have withheld from payments due), at the option of ECISD, to ECISD as liquidated damages $300 per delivery order. The Base Term of the Contract is two-years. There are three bilateral Option Terms. Both parties must agree to extend the Contract for an Option Term. The duration of each Option Term is one year. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, to waive informalities, and to accept offers that are deemed by the District to be most favorable to the District.
