Scope- Construction of new sidewalk and drainage improvements beginning at the existing sidewalk and curb on the west side corner of 7th Street and Hollamon, continuing south to the existing sidewalk at the corner of 7th Street and General Crook Trail. The project improvements will include approximately 1,500 linear feet of Portland cement concrete sidewalk and gutter and new drainage improvements. The sidewalks will be 5' wide and 4" thick, commercial driveways will be 9" thick. Vertical curb will define the existing street edges. -The improvements will include construction of a new sidewalk, curb and gutter, and drainage improvements in Town-owned right-of-way, where there are currently no sidewalks. - The Engineer's Estimate has been updated to $769,682.00. a The project will take place beginning at the existing sidewalk and curb on the west side corner of 7thStreet and Hollamon, continuing south to the existing sidewalk at the corner of 7th Street and General Crook Trail. The project is located in the middle of Camp Verde Town limits; near to the historic Fort Verde State Park. The proposal guarantee shall be in the form of a certified or cashier's check, upon a solvent bank or a surety bond for five (5%) percent of the amount of the bid. The Contractor will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the Contract amount.
