16,807 CU Yd of Borrow Excavation, 6,252 CU Yd of Unclassified Excavation, 13,755 Sq Yd of Crushed Aggregate Base Course, 14,060 Sq Yd of Lime Stabilization, 4,755 Tons of Asphalt Paving, 4,087 Lin Ft of Curb & Gutter, 3,157 Lin Ft of r.c. Roadway Pipe, Drainage Inlets, Permanent Striping and Other Miscellaneous Items for General Roadway Construction Including Erosion Control and Traffic Control Items. The City of Montgomery Is Required to Comply With the Beason- Hammon Alabama Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act, ß 31-13-1 ET Seq. Of Code of Alabama 1975 (Act No. 2011-535), Subsequently All Bidders Are Required to Submit an E-verify Affidavit Stating They Are Enrolled in the E-verify Program and The Entire Associated Memorandum of Understanding on the Outside of Their Sealed Bid Proposals. A Cashiers Check (Drawn on an Alabama Bank) or Bid Bond for 5% of the Amount Bid (Maximum of $50,000.00) and Made Payable to the City of Montgomery Must Accompany Each Bid as Evidence of Good Faith. The Right to Reject Any or All Bids Is Reserved. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
