This Request for Supplier Qualifications (the "RFSQ") is an invitation by the Department of Service Nova Scotia on behalf of the Province of Nova Scotia (the "Province") to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to potentially provision Technostrobe LED Tower Lighting Components and Systems, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the "Deliverables"). This RFSQ is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. The evaluation and selection process outlined in this RFSQ is intended to result in the authorization of a standing offer with one supplier who will act as the Province's primary, but not necessarily exclusive, source of supply for the Deliverables as and when requested ("Standing Offer"). This RFSQ does not oblige the Province to authorize or order any goods and/or services whatsoever or to spend any monies whatsoever. A financial obligation will come into force only if there is an authorized order against the standing offer and only to the extent stipulated in the order ("Call-up").
