Johnson Controls is soliciting proposals from a qualified contractor/vendor to design, procure, deliver, and install a utility-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) system with a total size of 824kWdc (625kWac). Bonding is required for proposals that have a total pre-tax value of $50,000 or greater as follows: 100% Performance Bonding. 100% Material & Labour Bonding. JCCLP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to revise the RFP, to request one or more re-submissions or clarifications from one or more of the Proponents, to negotiate with one or more Proponent's, or to cancel the RFP in part or in its entirety when it is in JCCLP's best interest. Any such re-submissions or clarifications and/or negotiations with the Proponent will form part and will be integrated as part of any subsequent subcontract award.
