This UPRR and Reach 7 Relief Well Enclosure Modification Project is located in Sutter County, California. The UPRR relief wells are located along the east side of Live Oak Blvd, south of the intersection of Live Oak Blvd and Pease Road, in Yuba City. The Reach 7 relief wells are located along the Feather River West Levee, north of Star Bend Road and east of Garden Highway. The project scope of work includes clearing, grubbing, minor earthwork, removing and reinstalling manhole frame and lid, placing rebar, and forming and placing concrete as shown on Attachment F -UPRR and Reach 7 Relief Well Enclosure Modifications Plans. End of question period: July 18, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. All questions and correspondence shall be directed to Michael Bessette, P.E., Executive Director, Sutter Butte Flood Control Agency: m.bessette@sutterbutteflood.org. Coordination and cooperation with the Agency is required in order to access the site and complete the work. General Engineering Contractor (A License) is required. Hazardous Materials work requires appropriate certificates. Anticipated Notice to Proceed: by August 28, 2024. Completion of all work: October 16, 2024.
