Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Yuba City, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

** As of December 18,2024, project is postponed. No definite date for the rebid.** A bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the District, cash, or a cashier's check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the District, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, shall accompany the Bid Proposal Form, as a guarantee that the Contractor will, within seven (7) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed or other direction, enter into a contract with the District for the performance of the Services as stipulated in the bid. In addition, a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Payment Bond will be required of the successful bidder. Each bid must include the name and location of the place of business of each subcontractor who shall perform/work on this Contract in excess of one-half of one percent (ll2 of l%) of the bid price. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening for bids except as permitted pursuant to Public Contract Code Sections 5100 et seq.
