Renovation of a municipal facility in Benton, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This Work Shall Be Bid as a lump Sum. A Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder or Certified Bank Cashier's Check in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. No Other Forms of Security Will Be Accepted. Failure to Submit a Bid Bond or Certified Bank Cashier's Check Will Result in Disqualification of the Bid. The Lowest Evaluated Bid Will Be Accepted. The Fiscal Court Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids in Accordance With the Project Specifications PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Roofing replacement shall include a complete system replacement for the entire Courthouse facility. Roofing work shall include the removal of existing membrane and insulation layers to deck substrate, and installation of new tapered insulation, cover board and single-ply membrane. Roofing work shall include work in existing hidden gutters and drainage system. HVAC replacement work shall include removal and replacement of all existing roof-top equipment. HVAC work scope also includes duct connections, condensate drainage and electrical connection. The work will be bid as a Base Bid for the entire fac ility.
