Cold Mix Paving or Wedging: Aggregate must be 100% virgin material and use a 5/8" minus stone Material must be made in mixing plant, hauled, placed with paver, & compacted Asphalt must be SS3, CM-3000, or SS3-LT No shingles or recycled materials added to mix blend Single Chip Seal: Must use 100% fractured 3/8" granite MS-5 Hot Asphalt applied at .32 gallons per square yard Bids must include proof of insurance and a performance bond, of which a copy will be submitted to the Town upon acceptance of the proposal. The Town of Stephenson reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to accept the one deemed most advantageous to the town.
