The Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services - Parks Division seeks a vendor to provide control link services for Musco Lighting Systems Musco lighting control Link service shall provide complete phone support of equipment, operational support of the communication and data processing services. Included with this service are the following: Facility Management Services: o On/Off Scheduling - Daily on and off times for each location/field may be scheduled via the Internet, telephone, fax, e-mail or using electronic forms. Musco's ControlLink Central relays your schedule to your facility. o Schedule Override - Standard feature allows last minute scheduling changes of individual lighting fields from any telephone. o Accounting and Energy Management - A service that will enable the user to track usage of lighting by location/field and by user for purposes of billing the responsible entities. Question Submission Deadline: July 3, 2024, 2:00pm Questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted directly through online. The Contract resulting from this proposal is scheduled to start July 1, 2024. The Contract resulting from this proposal is scheduled to end June 30, 2025. Owner Rights: The City reserves the right to reject all bids, waive any irregularity in any of the bids, or cancel or delay the project at any time
