The Contractor shall provide all work, labor, materials, related fees, and related services to complete the work according to the contract. The project at Building 20187 consists of the following: Existing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing to be removed and replace with new fully adhered 80 mil TPO Roofing system with R-38 insulation and 5/8-inch glass-mat roof board. A hazardous materials survey is required prior to any constructiion. The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The contractor shall provide all plant, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to complete this scope of work. Except as provided elsewhere in this contract, all work shall comply with applicable State, local and Federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms and conditions. All work under this contract will be performed within the confines of the Fort Bliss Installation, at Fort Bliss, TX. The Wage Determination: General Decision Number: TX20240245 04/05/2024; Superseded General Decision Number: TX20230245; State: Texas; Construction Type: Building; County: El Paso County in Texas, will govern work under this contract. The bid guarantee in the amount shall be at least 20% of the bid price but shall not exceed $3,000,000.00, in accordance with FAR 28.101-2. Performance and payment bonds must equal 100 percent of the original contract price. An organized site visit will be conducted for this procurement.
