Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Windsor, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: lanscaping and fencing around a 31,548-square-foot municipal facility. As of July 2, 2024, a construction manager has been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Bid Security - No Bid Shall Be Received Unless Accompanied by a Certified Check or Satisfactory Bid Bond Payable to the Village of Windsor in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Maximum Bid as a Guaran!tee That, if the Bid is Accepted, the Bidder Will Execute and File the Contract, Performance/ Payment Bonds and Insurance Certifica!tion, as Required by the Contract Documents, Within Ten (10) Days After the Notice of Award. Bid Rejection - the Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Any Informalities in Bidding or to Accept the Bid or Bids Which Best Serves the Interests of the Village of Windsor.
