Wiseburn Unified School District ("District") requests proposals from firms listed on the District's board approved Geotechnical pool listing, to provide comprehensive Geotechnical Investigation Services to the District for the SLC/Futures Reloction Project. The District requests a comprehensive Geotechnical Report. The Geotechnical Report will be reviewed for its applicability to the proposed SLC/Futures Relocation Project and used as the basis for the foundation design. Responding firms must provide the following minimum information be included in the report: 1. Soil description and classification 2. Additional design criteria for sloping conditions, adjacent structures, liquefaction, etc., as required. 3. Ground water elevation 4. Additional relevant information affecting foundation design, construction and installation. 5. Recommendations for wood foundation and permanent foundation of modular buildings. 6. Geologic Hazard review and findings 7. Conclusions and recommendations to include site preparation, over-ex and recompaction, fill placement and compaction, earthwork and grading, and foundations 8. Recommendations for pavement design asphalt for fire lane traffic. 9. Recommendation for concrete slab and pavement 10. Boring Location Map and Boring logs. Planned Board Award July 18, 2024 Planned Commencement of Services July 22, 2024 Proposed project is scheduled to relocate in June 2025. The District hereby affirmatively ensures that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises ("DBE"), Small Local Business Enterprises ("SLBE"), Small Emerging Local Business Enterprises ("SELBE"), Disabled Veterans Business Enterprises ("DVBE"), and minority and women business enterprises shall be afforded full opportunity to submit a response to this RFP.
