KSP KEWS New Shelters C2-E1 This project involves site preparation and restoration, shelter replacement, and equipment relocation at selected locations across the Commonwealth. At most sites, existing fiberglass shelters will be replaced with new concrete pre-cast Fibrebond shelters and all equipment moved from the old to the new shelter.
