Tree Lighting Annual Maintenance It is the intent of these specifications to describe the minimum requirements in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids. All equipment and accessories catalogued as standard shall be included as part of this specification. All plans, prints, designs, concepts, etc. shall become the property of Denton County Contract for the Annual Maintenance and Installation of light strings and LED lamps on the 18 mature trees as well as the Nelly R. Stevens Holly Tree located at the Denton County Courthouse-on-the-Square. This solicitation also includes the seasonal twig wrapping of two trees located at the Denton County Courthouse-on-the-Square and one magnolia tree located at the Denton County Historical Park, along with the assembly and breakdown of one Twinkly-Pro RGBW Christmas Tree.
