This project is a single-story home with a full basement located in East Tacoma, WA. CDM# 8824 Job Specifications Note: This job includes electrical work - any contractor bidding on this work must hold an electrical license or subcontract with a licensed electrician. This project is a single-story home located in East Tacoma, Washington. The residence was built in 1942 and is in fair condition. The residence is 1,504 SqFt. Roof is composite and is in good condition. The home has 2 separate power panels, one is Zinsco (inside) and the other is Federal Pacific (outside). The goal is to have one new panel. The exterior (FP) panel has 1-100 AMP breaker and 2-6 AMP breakers. The interior (Zinsco) panel has 12 breakers 6 of them are combined into 3 double breakers and 6 individual. Please provide a best estimate. Pierce County Human Services staff will meet winning bidder on-site prior to work beginning. Installation of weatherization measures outlined in attached pricing spreadsheet. Work includes electrical measures. All work is subject to local codes and jurisdictional rules. Lead-safe work practices are expected. Contractor will perform all work outlined in scope. Subcontractors are allowed. The contractor is responsible for obtaining any and all necessary permits. The contractor is responsible for filing intent/affidavits. Pursuant to weatherization program rules; no sales tax will be charged on materials installed. Installation must meet the Department of Commerce requirements for weatherization. The Contractor shall provide material warranty and specifications to the County and homeowner.
