Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Location - Building 9111 is located off Jackson Ave. at Hillside Dr. and Mil Park Ave on Lewis Main, JBLM, WA. It is located inside the fenced area next to Building 9113. The Contractor shall supply all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work in strict accordance with the umbrella contract specifications, this Statement ofWork, and identified drawings to perform repairs and construction at Building 9111. Building 9111 is a high security operations facility. The project entails the repair by replacement of the building's HV AC systems. It also includes alterations to the facilities latrines and classroom spaces and construction of new classroom spaces. The work includes electrical upgrades to support the new HV AC and reconfiguration of the facilities electrical systems to support the change in classroom spaces and uninterruptible power system (UPS) replacement. As part of the HV AC upgrade, the direct digital controls (DDC) system will be replaced.
