Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Contractor will provide a Foundation Design to the City’s Project Manager and Traffic Engineering for approval. A Structural Engineer currently licensed to practice in the State of Nebraska shall seal the Foundation Design The project is currently in development phase but may include a mill and overlay of all full depth concrete (except 62nd to 70th Street) and mill/overlay of existing asphalt surface (approximately 57th to 62nd Street). Only full depth panel repairs are planned from 62nd to 70th Street. Normal Boulevard from 33rd to South Street may be widened to three drive lanes and soils information along Antelope Creek was requested The Contractor shall have a total of 225 calendar days from the Beginning of Work date to achieve Final Completion of this project, this will include a suspension of days for a winter 2024 shutdown and days will start again on April 1, 2025. 7 consecutive calendar days to complete durable pavement markings on or before November 30, 2025 Questions Deadline: 7/9/2024 02:00 PM (CT)
