The City of Chula Vista is seeking competitive proposals from experienced and qualified individuals or firms to develop a comprehensive Fleet Electrification & Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure Master Plan and City Fleet Policies. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract for an initial term of three (3) years for consultant services. The City will evaluate and determine the need for ongoing services and at the City's option the agreement will include two (2) one-year options to renew. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received any portion of any proposal and to waive any irregularities or informalities in proposals or the RFP process. Any addenda that are issued through this RFP must be signed and returned with your submittal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
