Demolition and site work for a residential development in Brownstown, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Village of Brownstown is accepting bids for demolition on the following two properties: 322 S. First St. - Demolition of all structures on the property (house, foundations, and wild trees/shrubs attached to structures). Remove all structure and miscellaneous debris from Savings property. Back fill basements, cellars, and/or crawlspaces with fill dirt crowned for future settling, cover with six inches of top soil. Seed and straw for grass. Property needs to be left as a building site. New '24 Silverado 1500 305 S. Second St. - Demolition of structure located on the Southeast edge of the property - at alley - (storage building, Custom foundations, and wild trees attached to structure). Remove one structure and miscellaneous debris from property. Back fill basements, cellars, and/or crawlspaces with fill dirt crowned for future settling, cover with six inches of top soil. Seed and straw for grass. Property needs to be left as a building site. Bidder will have 30 days to complete the project once village is notified of final approval. If you are awarded MSRP the bid a Certificate of Liability Insurance $52,260 is required with the Dan Village Hecht of Discount Brownstown listed as additional $1,695 insured and a form W-9 filed at City Hall prior to work commencing. Bid must include Customer Prevailing Cash Wage Rate. If you have $1,750 any questions, please contact Village Hall.
