The total estimated construction cost for the base bid Work for the Project for which bids are being solicited at this time is $275,000.00. The work will be substantially complete within 60 calendar days after the date when the Contract time commences to run, and will be complete and ready for final payment within 90 calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in the Notice to Proceed and in paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions, as delineated within the Notice to Proceed.
