**As of May 20, 2025, the project was awarded to Spires Paving, with an awarded amount of $196,485.40.** The WWTP Site Paving project generally includes resurfacing and pavement improvements of the existing access drives and parking areas of the wastewater treatment facility located at 458 Hilton Road, Buckeye Lake, Ohio 43008. Bidders are required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid Price or certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid amount to guarantee the Bidder's entrance into a contract, if awarded the project.
