Site work for a water / sewer project in Buckeye Lake, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the replacement of a below grade booster station with a new above grade, packaged booster station. It also includes site work and utilities, and the decommissioning of the existing booster station. Bidders must submit both hardcopy and digital (USB Flash Drive) versions of their bids, provide bid security (either a Bid Bond for 100% of the bid price or certified/cashier's check or letter of credit for 10%), and include full names of all interested parties and evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity. A complete listing of all subcontractors to be used must be submitted. Bidders are required to comply with equal employment opportunity requirements, use Ohio products and labor to the extent practicable, and comply with prevailing wage rates as determined by the State of Ohio. Offers must be irrevocable for 60 days after submission. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid deemed lowest and best.
