Construction of a new replacement hospital and clinic You are cordially invited to participate in the process for the selection of a Construction Manager as constructor (CM) for a construction project for Sullivan County Memorial Hospital, Milan, Missouri. This selection will involve a three-phase selection process as described in the competition schedule below. (Please see Competition Schedule below.) The project consists of a new 60,000 to 65,000 gsf 2-story replacement hospital and clinic on a new 16ac - 20ac site with associated site development and utility work in the City of Milan, Missouri. The project includes a full replacement of the existing critical access hospital and rural health clinic and site development. Infrastructure additions/upgrades to the site are not anticipated to be part of this project's scope.
