The construction of full-depth reclamation (FDR) of multiple local routes with alternates of asphalt overlay and levelling course. The routes will be evaluated in multiple segments and final awards will be per NCMRWC IDIQ processes and final IDIQ negotiations. Segments include 20,600 L.F. of existing former Route N MoDOT blacktop and 8,000 L.F. of existing former Route VV MoDOT blacktop as highest priority. Additional local road segments include FDR on existing, newly built gravel construction access roads where new roadway subgrades are constructed with variable gravel tops, including Mid-Lake Road from Highway 5 to Route VV western terminus, Mayapple East from Route RA/Finch terminus to Route Y/N intersection, Marina Road from England to a terminus, East Public Access Area from Mid-Lake to a terminus, and West Public Access Area from Mid-Lake to a terminus. Final awards to the IDIQ contractors will vary and depend on final prices and final negotiations of on-site benefits to the NCMRWC. The total FDR planned for Task Order 2025.01 is 105,000 square yards (+/-) and the total FDR planned for Task Order 2025.02 is 94,000 square yards (+/-). The NCMRWC is working in cooperation with their pre-qualified Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contractors to procure specialty roadway and subgrade services to complete an existing ongoing roadway project. Bids will be received by the IDIQ contractors as the general contractor and reviewed in compliance with the IDIQ acquisition process.
