Sullivan County Memorial Hospital (SCMH) Board of Trustees of Milan,Missouri is soliciting proposals for Construction Manager as Constructor services for the construction of a new replacement hospital and clinic at a new site in the City of Milan, Missouri. Interested applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience in complex office,educational and / or wellnessfacility construction work which includes CM-as-Constructor (CM) type contracts and have the ability to bond up to 50 million dollars of construction. The project has an accelerated Pre-Construction servicesschedule, and the proposing firm will need to demonstrate successful previous experiencein setting early and accurate Guaranteed Maximum Price Contracts to allow for this project to meet funding timeline constraints. Confirmation of your company'sintention to participate in the RFP selectionprocess shall be sent by email as noted above no later than Friday, July 12, 2024. The SCMH Board of Trustees will be employing a three step qualifications-based selection processto select Construction Managers for this project. Phase I includes soliciting qualifications from qualified Construction Managers for the SCMH Board of Trusteesto review the submitted qualifications and determine a short list of candidates to proceed to Phase II. Phase I qualifications statement/brochures shall be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, via email and shall conform to the requirements listed in the project RFP for Phase I. Requests for information about the processand/or the project for Phase I shall be made no later than Friday,July 12, 2024. An announcement of the short list of CM firms to be interviewed will be issued on Friday,July 18, 2024. Phase II includes the solicitation of a qualifications statement and formal fee schedule proposal from the short-listed firms that shall conform to the requirements in the RFP packet. Phase III interviews of the shortlisted firms are scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday,August 14, 2024.
