This request for proposals is for both our water and wastewater treatment plant operations. his includes water towers, booster stations, sewage lift stations. The City may select a different proposal for each plant and may select terms in a 3 or 5 year period. for a term commencing on January 1, 2025 and expiring on December 31, 2027 (or December 31, 2029) All questions and clarification inquiries should be directed to Ryan Zwijack, City Engineer. The City of Edwardsville reserves the right to evaluate the proposals, to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any informalities and to accept only those proposals deemed to be in the best interests of the City.
