Renovation of a municipal facility in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,140-square-foot municipal facility.

Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and prepare surface for installation of 2,140 square feet (sq ft) of new commercial grade Luxury Vinyl Plant (VLP) and 356 foot (ft) of 6 inch (in) commercial grade vinyl baseboard for Fresno-Kings Unit Tollhouse Fire Center (FKU). All materials shall be approved by the CAL FIRE Project Manager prior to installation delivery, set up, installations, disassembling, and disposal is included. The DVBE Participation Program applies, and a three percent (3%) goal is required for this IFB. The DVBE Incentive Program may also apply to this IFB. See Section D, Special Programs, Item 1, in this IFB for requirements. As required by Executive Order S-02-06, the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is committed to meeting the State's 25 percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation goal. Certified SBs, Micro Businesses (MB), and contractors willing to commit to subcontracting a minimum of 25 percent (25%) of their net bid price to certified SBs or MBs (if applicable);are encouraged to submit bids. See Section D, Special Programs, Item 2, in this IFB for requirements. This contract requires Prevailing Wages if the total bid amount exceeds $1,000.00. If the total bid amount is under $1,000.00, then Prevailing Wage language will be removed prior to award. Refer to Sample Standard Agreement, for requirement details Payment Bond (STD 807) Requirement: If the successful bidder's bid exceeds $25,000, the successful bidder shall furnish a Payment Bond for not less than 100 percent (100%) of the total amount payable by the terms of this Agreement. The Payment Bond is due prior to the start date of work. No work may commence without receipt of a valid Payment Bond. The Payment Bond must be in effect at all times for the duration of the Agreement The State reserves its right to seek any and all relief it may be entitled to as a result of such non-disclosure.
