RTD is seeking responses from qualified respondents to provide: US 36 and McCaslin Park-n-Ride Landscaping and Irrigation The intent of this IFB is to procure Landscaping and Irrigation Services for the RTD US36 & McCaslin Park-n-Ride as set forth in the provided plan drawings and the general and technical specifications. Inquiry Period: Written questions from prospective bidders are to be received in the online procurement portal.: July 12, 2024, 4:00pm RTD sends responses to written questions, if any, to all prospective bidders through RTD's online procurement portal.: July 17, 2024, 5:00pm This Contract has the potential for two (2) 1-year options to extend the Period of Performance. The Bidder must enclose with the bid its bid security (e.g., Bidder's bond or certified check) in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, which the Bidder agrees is to be paid to and become the property of RTD, as partial liquidated damages, should the bid be accepted and Contract awarded and the Bidder fails to enter into the Contract in the form prescribed and/or to furnish the required bonds and insurance certificates within ten days after Contract award.
