The services requested will include, but not be limited to assessment of current conditions, community engagement, schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction observation and cost/budget preparation. Superior's 165,000 gallon, 8-lane outdoor community pool was constructed 24 years ago and is in need of a major renovation.
