This RFP is intended to gather pertinent information concerning the ability of Construction Manager/General Contractors (CM/GC) to meet the needs of the Town. The Town of Superior, Colorado (Town) is seeking Proposals from firms interested, experienced and knowledgeable in providing construction manager and general contractor services for a proposed renovation to Superior's North Pool facility located at 1650 S Indiana St., Superior, Colorado (Project). We expect that the CM/GC chosen will assist the Town ultimately in renovating an approximately 165,000 gallon, 8-lane community pool, its approximately 1,500-2,000 SF pool house building, and surrounding outdoor parking and landscaped areas. We are also exploring the idea of adding a new separate pool mechanical room. At this time the Project is not pursuing a specific LEED rating but will incorporate any LEED elements that are advantageous to the function, durability or success of the project.
