Wiggins St., Superior, Colorado The Rock Creek Parkway Bridge Improvements Project includes concrete repair, excavation, asphalt removal, fly ash subgrade treatment, road construction, median repair and installation of additional structural supports. The structural work includes installation of new helical piers in a rock lined channel, concrete pier caps, steel columns and a steel beam on the underside of the bridge.
