It consists of a 3-story apartment building with 221 units, wrapped around a pre-cast garage. The Independence Heights Phase II will feature amenities to serve all residents, including a leasing office, amenity areas with a fitness center, a swimming pool, outdoor grill stations, and pavilions. 2. Key Dates: + Bid Due Date: January 22nd, 2025 @ Two O'clock (2PM) + Last Day for Questions: January 17th, 2025 + Anticipated NTP - May 2025 3. Landscape Plans Forthcoming and will be released via addendum as soon as we receive. 4. Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates and Certified Payroll are required. 5. MWSBE and Section 3 Businesses are highly encouraged to bid. 6. This is a Taxable job.
