Reference Number 0000356500 Scope of Work: This project consists of repairs to a failed 18" Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) pipe. The project repairs will reroute the storm drain through a City utility easement to a 24" RCP storm drain. The project includes concrete backfilling existing pipes and inlets, installing a slotted drain, inlets, and removing and replacing the existing brow ditch. The contractor will be responsible for all site conditions, including erosion control, traffic control the repair of the slope failure and any other items required to construct a complete final project, as detailed in Section 8: Special Provisions of contract documents.
